Delivery and cancellation
Service begins as specified in the individual agreement. Due to the nature of security services, returns are not accepted after service has commenced. If a service defect attributable to Shinrasec, operated by Martin Mielke occurs, the parties will address it through additional work or a mutually agreed partial refund.
Governing law
These terms and disputes arising from the service are governed by the laws of Japan.
